Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Wallet. Your public wallet address (Robinhood Chain / Ethereum-compatible) and the signed message that proves you own it. Wallet addresses are public on their blockchain.
• Email account. If you register with email, your email address and a securely stored password, handled by our sign-in provider.
• X and Discord. If you link them, your X account ID and username, and your Discord ID and name. We use your X connection to check waitlist tasks, such as reading your following count to confirm a follow. The access permission from X or Discord is kept only in an encrypted, short-lived cookie in your browser, never in our database.
• Game and waitlist data. Your player name, progress, items, game actions, completed tasks, referral code, who invited you and who you invited, rankings, and Creator Program applications.
• Messages. What you send through the contact form: your name, how to reach you and your message.
• Technical data. Your network (IP) address is used to keep the service secure and to limit abuse. For the contact form we keep only a scrambled (hashed) version of it, not the address itself. Our hosting provider may keep short-term server logs.

2. Why we use it

• to create and secure your account and keep you signed in;
• to run the game, save your progress and deliver rewards and prizes;
• to run the waitlist, check tasks, count referrals and show rankings;
• to stop cheating, fraud and abuse, and to keep the service stable;
• to answer your messages and support requests.

3. What other players can see

Rankings and leaderboards show your player name or X username, your place and your score. Your wallet address and email are not shown to other players.

4. Cookies and browser storage

• Sign-in cookies keep you signed in and protect your session.
• Referral cookie remembers the invite link you used for up to 30 days, so the right friend gets credit.
• Waitlist connection cookies are encrypted and short-lived; they hold the X or Discord connection while you complete tasks.
• Browser storage keeps settings such as sound volume on your device.

These are needed for the service to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Who helps us run Valermine

• Supabase stores our database and runs sign-in.
• Fly.io hosts the website and game servers.
• X and Discord receive your sign-in request when you choose to link those accounts.
• Blockchain networks record wallet transactions publicly when on-chain features are used.

We share information only with these providers to run the service, or when the law requires it. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account, game and waitlist data while your account exists and as long as needed for the game, prizes, security and our legal duties. Contact messages are kept while we handle them and for a reasonable time after. Encrypted backups are kept for a limited time and then replaced.

7. Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to close your account, through the contact form.
• Some records, such as fraud checks or information we must keep by law, may be kept after deletion. Public blockchain records cannot be changed by us.
• You can remove Valermine's access in your X or Discord settings at any time.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and encrypted backups. No service is perfectly secure, so please protect your wallet and devices. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

9. Age

Valermine is not meant for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, please tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell players about important changes. Questions or requests: please use the contact form.
