ValermineTERMS

VALERMINE

Terms of Service

Last updated 22 October 2026

1. Who we are

Valermine is a fantasy idle mining game played in the browser at valermine.com and play.valermine.com. In these terms, "Valermine", "we" and "us" mean the operator of Valermine. "You" means anyone who visits, joins the waitlist or plays.

2. Who can use Valermine

3. Your account and wallet

4. Preview, beta and resets

Valermine is still being built. Features, balance, rewards and rules can change, and parts of the game may be paused or removed. Beta progress, items and balances may be reset at launch. Your referral code and waitlist record are the only things we have said will carry over.

5. Virtual items and future digital assets

6. Waitlist, referrals and prizes

7. Fair play

You must not:

Please report bugs through the contact form instead of using them.

8. Suspension and ending your access

We may suspend or close accounts, remove items or rewards gained unfairly, and refuse access where these terms are broken or to protect players and the game. You may stop using Valermine at any time and ask us to delete your account through the contact form.

9. Our content

The Valermine name, logo, art, characters, music and software belong to Valermine or its licensors. You may share screenshots and videos of your own play, including as a creator, as long as you do not suggest that Valermine endorses you without permission.

10. Other services

Valermine works with services run by others, such as wallet apps (for example MetaMask and Phantom), X, Discord and blockchain networks. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

11. No warranty

Valermine is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running and fair, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error free or that progress will never be lost.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Valermine is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses from wallet, network or third-party failures. Where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will tell players in the game or on the website. Using Valermine after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Disputes and contact

If you have a problem, please contact us first through the contact form so we can try to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the operator of Valermine is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and nothing in them removes rights that the law where you live gives you.
